Each Fluffi is made to order and ships in 4–6 weeks, with tracking. We email you updates while it's being made, so you always know where it is.

Ultra-soft, hypoallergenic plush fabric with kid-safe embroidered details. No small parts, no sharp bits. Surface-washable and built for years of cuddles.

Three sizes, all made from the same photos with the same detail: Mini at 25 cm (10"), palm-to-pillow size; Standard at 40 cm (16"); and Jumbo at 55 cm (22") for maximum hug.

Your preview is a lovingly-made artistic guide our makers work from — think of it as a concept, not a photo of the finished item. Because every Fluffi is sewn by hand, yours will be beautifully unique, with small natural differences in proportion, colour, and fur from the on-screen image. Every Fluffi is one of a kind, made just for you — so once production starts we can't offer change-of-mind cancellations or returns. But our Smile Guarantee has you covered: if your Fluffi arrives damaged, we sent the wrong thing, or it doesn't reasonably resemble your pet, reach out within 30 days and we'll remake it or refund you.
